Appointments available. Please call. The doctor is in the office 5 floating days/week. Appointments available by special appointment only.
We currently accept the following insurances Blue Cross Blue Shield/PPO, BCBS, GEHA, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, Healthnet, Banner, Care 1st, Phoenix Health Plan (AHCCCS), and Medicare. We also accept credit card, cash and check with approval.
Friday: 9 A.M. to 1 P.M.
Floating Saturday 1-2/Month: 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.
